Buy at the Showroom – Terms and Conditions
At Bridal Stories, you can book a fitting appointment at our showroom to purchase an item in person.
All items have been inspected by our quality control team in person and are only available for trial at the showroom.
Items are not available for rental.
Helpful Tips
– Wear neutral, seamless underwear
– Shapewear can be useful
– Bring shoes and accessories you plan to use if you have them (we also have some available for trial)
General Conditions for Showroom Fittings at Bridal Stories:
– Your appointment lasts 1h30, please be on time to make the most of it!
– Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
– A maximum of 3 guests per bride is allowed, as we prioritize personalized attention.
– Children are allowed; you should have someone to supervise them to fully enjoy your fitting.
– Photos are allowed during the fitting.
For hygiene and cleanliness:
– Makeup is not allowed during fittings.
– Whenever possible, handle dresses and accessories with the cotton gloves provided.
– “Shoeless” space: protective covers are provided or shoes are left at the entrance.
– Eating is not allowed in the showroom.
Cancellations
– Keep in mind that we only have one fitting room and we are exclusively here for you.
– We operate by appointment only.
– If you cannot attend, please notify us by phone or email as early as possible, preferably 48 hours in advance, to allow others to book and help us organize our schedule.
Time is a limited and valuable resource!
Reservation, Alterations, Exchanges, and Returns
– Reservations are only possible with a 50% deposit.
– In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as a loss of chance (unsold item), but it can be used for other items.
– Items priced up to €800 must be paid in full in a single payment.
– For installment payments, payments are made in 2 stages:
The first is the 50% deposit.
The second 50% payment is due 30 days after the first.
– The dress must be paid in full before any alterations are made.
– Alterations are not included in the item price.
– Alteration fees are paid at the time of dress delivery.
– In-store purchases are final.
– Exchanges or returns are not possible for in-store purchases, as items can be tried and verified. Portuguese law does not provide a right of withdrawal in physical stores.
– Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.

Informed Consent
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted our terms and conditions. Non-compliance will result in termination of the fitting session.
