Payments at the Showroom
– We only reserve items upon payment of a 50% deposit.
– Payments are made in two stages. The first is the reservation payment of 50%. The second 50% payment is made 30 days after the first payment.
– In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as compensation for loss of opportunity (non-sale of goods); however, it may be used towards other items.
– We do not accept exchanges or returns for items purchased in person. In-store purchases are final, as customers are able to try on and inspect the items. Under Portuguese law, physical stores are not required to offer a right of withdrawal or cooling-off period.
– The item must be paid in full before any tailoring or alteration work begins.
– We do not accept exchanges or returns for made-to-measure or personalized items.
– We do not ship items that are for sale on a consignment basis.
– Some exceptions may be made for accessories, which may be shipped cash on delivery via CTT Expresso, with shipping costs paid by the buyer and not included in the item price. The shipping cost will be provided prior to dispatch.
– For distance sales or purchases made outside the commercial premises, any exchange or return must be made within 14 consecutive days after receipt of the item.
