Finding a wedding dress isn’t always easy and involves managing time for research, scheduling appointments with multiple stores, and also handling opinions from family and friends.

The Personal Shopper service is an expert service that answers your questions before you buy your dress – whether in person or online.

In addition to in-person verification, we offer our knowledge: if you’re unsure of what you’re looking for, our team is ready to help you find the dress of your dreams and advise you according to your preferences.

 

How does it work?

Option 1 – In-shop Personal Shopper

This service includes:

– 1-hour initial consultation

– Fitting at our space to see dresses and explore silhouettes/fabrics/finishes

– Presentation of brands and models based on the conversation

– Scheduling visits to external stores

– Final consultation and dress selection

Option 2 – Online Personal Shopper – Dress Evaluation and Certification

This option helps you make a more informed online purchase.

It is ideal for evaluating a dress from an individual seller or online store you loved but want more information before buying.

We raise the important questions that need to be asked to the seller or store and provide guidance on contacting them. After purchase (we are not responsible for the transaction on the site), you can send the dress directly to our showroom for fitting with a seamstress, ensuring a complete buying experience.

 

This service includes:

– 1-hour initial consultation

– Reception of the dress at our showroom and in-person quality check

– Reshipping the dress (domestic mail) to you OR

– Scheduling a fitting at Bridal Stories with a seamstress, or alternatively, coordinating both parties to finalize the purchase.

– Does not include alteration quotes.

“Evaluation and Certification” service: €120

Payment is required before the initial meeting and is non-refundable.

An online item submitted by an individual for publication on the Bridal Stories platform is analyzed based on multiple criteria: adherence to online sale terms and conditions, quality of description, quality of images, information control, condition, age, finishes, style, brand, commercial value, and probability of sale.
