Personal Data
1 – Bridal Stories will never, directly or indirectly, for its own benefit or that of any other person or entity, use, disclose, or reveal, or cause to be used, disclosed, or revealed, any Confidential Information or Personal Data accessed during the use of the platform. Bridal Stories will maintain the security, integrity, and confidentiality of this information and will prevent unauthorized access, use, disclosure, publication, or dissemination of Confidential Information.
2 – During the use of the platform, Bridal Stories may need to access and process the user’s Personal Data, including name, address, date of birth, ID card number, tax identification number, wedding date, marital status, banking information, and other relevant Personal Data. These are strictly necessary for managing aspects arising from this relationship and complying with laws and regulations.
3 – Bridal Stories may disclose and transfer the Consignor’s Personal Data to third parties providing services in human resources, legal, or other areas strictly necessary for the proper use of the platform. The Consignor provides free, express, and informed consent for the processing and transfer of Personal Data in accordance with this Clause and applicable law. However, the user has the right to object to the processing, access, and correct the processed data, which will be stored for a maximum period of 5 years.
4 – If the user wishes to delete their data, they can request account deletion via email at info@bridalstories.pt. Note that the request will be temporarily suspended if a sale has been registered in the last 30 days and/or if there is an open report related to the account.
5 – After account closure, Bridal Stories guarantees that all Confidential Information and all documents or electronic records containing or reflecting any Confidential Information will be deleted, while maintaining the obligation not to disclose any Confidential Information.
