If you wish to deactivate your account, simply send an email with your request. If you have the time, we would appreciate receiving feedback explaining the reason for your request, so that we can improve our service.

The only reasons why we will not temporarily deactivate your account are if:

– You have registered a sale in the last 30 days;

– There is an open complaint related to your account.
