At Bridal Stories, you can book a fitting appointment<\/b><\/a> at our showroom to purchase an item in person.<\/p>\r\n

All items have been inspected by our quality control team in person and are only available for trial at the showroom.<\/p>\r\n

Items are not available for rental.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Wear neutral, seamless underwear<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Shapewear can be useful<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Bring shoes and accessories you plan to use if you have them (we also have some available for trial)<\/p>\r\n

General Conditions for Showroom Fittings at Bridal Stories:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

\u2013 Your appointment lasts 1h30<\/b>, please be on time to make the most of it!<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 A maximum of 3 guests per bride is allowed, as we prioritize personalized attention.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Children are allowed; you should have someone to supervise them to fully enjoy your fitting.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Photos are allowed during the fitting.<\/p>\r\n

For hygiene and cleanliness:<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Makeup is not allowed during fittings.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Whenever possible, handle dresses and accessories with the cotton gloves provided.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 \u201cShoeless\u201d space: protective covers are provided or shoes are left at the entrance.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Eating is not allowed in the showroom.<\/p>\r\n

Cancellations<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

\u2013 Keep in mind that we only have one fitting room and we are exclusively here for you.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 We operate by appointment only.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 If you cannot attend, please notify us by phone or email as early as possible, preferably 48 hours in advance, to allow others to book and help us organize our schedule.

Time is a limited and valuable resource!<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

 <\/p>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n

\r\n
\r\n

Reservation, Alterations, Exchanges, and Returns<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n

\u2013 Reservations are only possible with a 50% deposit.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable as a loss of chance (unsold item), but it can be used for other items.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Items priced up to \u20ac800 must be paid in full in a single payment.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 For installment payments, payments are made in 2 stages:
The first is the 50% deposit.
The second 50% payment is due 30 days after the first.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 The dress must be paid in full before any alterations are made.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Alterations are not included in the item price.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Alteration fees are paid at the time of dress delivery.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 In-store purchases are final.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Exchanges or returns are not possible for in-store purchases, as items can be tried and verified. Portuguese law does not provide a right of withdrawal in physical stores.<\/p>\r\n

\u2013 Custom-made or personalized items cannot be exchanged or returned.<\/p>\r\n
