The goods remain the property of the supplier (i.e., the bride) until sold through us to a third party.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>Before submitting your item via the form, please read our conditions:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Evaluation and Quality Control<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>All items submitted for sale in the showroom undergo curation, starting with an <strong>online pre-assessment<\/strong> and, if selected, followed by an <strong>in-person evaluation.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>If your item is approved in the in-person evaluation<\/strong>, a consignment agreement is signed and the consignment service fee is paid at the time of delivery.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>1. Submit your item for online evaluation<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<h4>How does the online pre-assessment work?<\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>To sell in the showroom<\/strong>, follow these steps:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Check your item\u2019s condition at home.<\/li>\r\n<li>Submit the pre-assessment form on our website.<\/li>\r\n<li>Wait for our free pre-assessment feedback via email.<\/li>\r\n<li>If pre-selected, schedule the in-person evaluation or shipment of your item.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>2. If accepted, the item will be evaluated in person<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<h4>How does the in-person evaluation work?<\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>After pre-selection:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Schedule an in-person evaluation within 30 days.<\/li>\r\n<li>Item accepted: payment of the service fee and signing of the consignment contract at delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li>Item not accepted: proposal for minor repair\/cleaning (quoted separately) or rejection of the item.<\/li>\r\n<li>If sold: 50% commission paid via bank transfer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Shipping for in-person evaluation<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>If you are outside Lisbon:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>If pre-selected, schedule shipment within 30 days.<\/li>\r\n<li>Send via registered mail, postage paid by sender, with tracking number provided.<\/li>\r\n<li>Item evaluation: online live or via an \u201cunboxing\u201d video.<\/li>\r\n<li>Item accepted: payment of service fee and contract signature.<\/li>\r\n<li>Item not accepted: proposal for repair\/cleaning (quoted) or return shipment with cash on delivery.<\/li>\r\n<li>If sold: 50% commission paid via bank transfer.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Consignment Service<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p><strong>Consignment is a paid service, costing \u20ac95 for a period of 12 months.<\/strong> This corresponds to \u20ac7.92 per month to manage the entire sale.<\/p>\r\n<p>When you leave your item in the showroom, we take care of it during consignment so you don\u2019t have to worry!<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Gain more space in your closet<\/li>\r\n<li>We photograph and promote your dress<\/li>\r\n<li>We handle all fittings and appointments<\/li>\r\n<li>Most importantly, we sell your dress for you!<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>This service includes:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Storage: exhibition space, insurance, alarm system, administrative management of your item.<\/li>\r\n<li>Maintenance: keeping it in impeccable condition, including ironing with distilled water or sanitizing spray if necessary, minor repairs like replacing missing buttons. Professional cleaning is not included.<\/li>\r\n<li>Promotion: photography, listing on our website, description, online advertising, appointment management, etc.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p>Minimum consignment: 12 months \u2013 single annual payment.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Item valuation<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Get an estimated sale price using <strong>our simulator<\/strong> on our platform. This value is indicative and does not represent a detailed analysis.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>The pre-assessment considers:<\/strong> condition, age, finishes, style, market value, and likelihood of sale. Your pre-assessment request will be on a waiting list without commitment. Our selection is rigorous, based on curation, existing stock, space, and demand. This list is updated regularly.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Cleaning &amp; Repairs<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Only items ready for delivery are accepted. Professional cleaning is recommended beforehand. Minor repairs are quoted separately.<\/p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\r\n<h4><strong>Donate &amp; Upcycle<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>If your item is too old or damaged, it can be donated for upcycling.
